个人简介
张福栋博士现任清华大学五道口金融学院助理教授。张福栋于2016年毕业于密歇根大学，取得经济学博士学位。在此之前，他于2010年获得了中央财经大学的经济学和数学学士学位。
张福栋博士的主要研究方向是宏观经济学和国际经济学，包括不平等的宏观原因和影响，财政政策，房地产，主权违约，偏好的量化度量，中国经济等。在最近的一篇工作论文中，他提出了房地产市场和收入以及财富不平等之间的相互影响机制，并用这一机制解释了最近中国房地产价格的增长。
